Chinese vice premier urges cooperation in crisis

BEIJING — A top Chinese economic official appealed to U.S. envoys for cooperation at trade talks Monday to revive the global economy, emphasizing shared goals instead of disputes over currency and other irritants that divide them.

The U.S. commerce secretary warned at the meeting that attitudes toward trade ties with China are worsening in Washington.

"We are facing a very serious global economic crisis," said Vice Premier Wang Qishan at the meeting in the southwestern Chinese city of Chengdu. "Ensuring economic health is the responsibility of every nation. Unbalanced progress is better than balanced decline."

Leaders of the world's biggest and second-biggest economies have pledged to work together to shore up global growth but ties have been strained by complaints about China's exchange-rate controls and access to its markets. Beijing is uneasy about Washington's moves to expand its political and military presence in Asia.

Trade is especially sensitive at a time of high U.S. unemployment and American hopes to revive economic growth by boosting exports.

On the evaluation of TC transit between China and Europe could reach 15-18%.

Since the beginning of work of the TC exports from Kazakhstan to Russia increased by 36%,the volume of foreign trade with the countries of the Customs union - by 28% (from 13%to $16.5 billion) and amounted to 18.5% of the total turnover of the RK.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is ready to lower the cost of transshipment of goods in transit

The Ukrainian government has put forward a project to reduce the cost of transshipment of transit goods through the ports.

The project was developed in order to attract additional volumes of transit loading ports in the state of subordination.

Under the project, expected to reduce the cost of handling by providing discounts to the boundary rates for the transshipment of goods in transit through Gosport. The range of discounts can range from 15% to 50% depending on the type of port and cargo. How are the developers, the introduction of ports increase flexibility in integrating market conditions.

Establishment of a system of discounts planned for 2012 is still one of the most acute problems of public ports in Ukraine has traditionally been a delay in the formation of efficient transit freight rates for the current year.

According to the forecasts of the Ministry, the effect of the event should be the involvement in the 2012 at least 20 million of additional transit ports of Ukraine

Ukraine and Russia agree about tariffs

Согласован ряд сквозных тарифов на перевозки транзитных грузов по территории обоих государств.

Минтранссвязи Украины информирует о договоренностях в сфере формирования согласованных тарифных условий перевозок грузов железнодорожным транспортом между Украиной и Россией. Соответствующие вопросы прорабатывались в ходе V заседания Подкомиссии по вопросам транспорта Комитета по вопросам экономического сотрудничества Российской Федерации и Украины, завершившегося в Киеве.

Основной темой договоренностей стала сфера перевозки контейнерных грузов. «Со стороны Украины и России уже были предприняты соответствующие шаги. В рамках 17-й Тарифной конференции, прошедшей в Кишиневе, были согласованы на 2009 год тарифные ставки на перевозку контейнерных грузов в собственных крупнотоннажных контейнерах направлением из Китая в Западную Европу», - проинформировало министерство.

«Ukrreftrans» fills up park

ОАО «Азовобщемаш» поставит «Укррефтрансу» 30 крытых вагонов нового поколения.

Согласно информации ГП «Украинский государственный центр железнодорожных рефрижераторных перевозок

«Укррефтранс», предприятие обновляет вагонный парк за счет закупок вагонов нового поколения украинского производства. Мероприятие осуществляется в рамках реализации «Программы обновления подвижного состава», утвержденной Минтранссвязи Украины и «Укрзализныцей».

Контрагентом ГП УГЦЖРП «Укррефтрас» выступило ОАО «Азовобщемаш», заключившее с предприятием контракт на поставку крытых вагонов нового поколения модели 11-1807-01. Объем заказа составил 30 ед., из которых 50% поставлено в текущем году. Последние 15 вагонов будут получены предприятием в 2009 году. Перенос выполнения заказа на следующий год явился следствием общей ситуации с ростом цен на вагоностроительном рынке Украины. Заказ выполняется за счет собственных средств «Укррефтраса», подведомственного Минтранссвязи и входящего в состав Государственной администрации железнодорожного транспорта Украины («Укзализныця»).
