Duties of the client

Payments
To pay the cost of load in accordance with the contract.

Licenses, certificates and formalities
To get on one's own risk and for one's own account any license or other official permission, and to execute all custom formalities for realization of import of load and, where it is necessary, for their transit through other country.

Contract on transportation
There are no obligations.

Acceptance of delivery
To carry out the reception of load in obedience to the conditions of the agreement, and to receive them from a carrier in the indicated destination.

Transmission of charges
To pay all charges, related to the load since its delivery, or which arose to forwarding agent during realization of agreement of transportation, to pay unloading cost and also all charges and collections, related to the load during its transit to the arrival in the concerted destination.
To pay all duties, taxes and all other official collections, also as expenses on implementation of custom formalities, which are paid at the import of load and, where it is necessary, for its transit through other country.

Notification to forwarding agent
Each time, when a client determines time for load dispatch and/or point of destination, he is to send a proper notification to the forwarding agent.

Inspection of load
If not conformed differently, pay the cost of load verification before its shipment except, when this verification is obligatory on laws of country of load export.

Other obligations
To pay all charges and collections arising in connection with the receipt of documents or equivalent e-mail, and to compensate the charges of dispatch in connection with giving them a hand in accordance with indicated higher.
